Process involved in the area of Recruitment

• Screening the candidates profiles, through job portal, existing data bank, conducting the campus Drives etc.
• Interacting with candidates to understand their suitability of the required positions and their interest for the positions, conducting the preliminary interview and co-ordinating with the company for organizing the interview and completing the joining formalities.
• Scrutinize the candidates credential carefully to avoid the bias and falsification to ensure of filling the right candidate to the position(s) also ensure of making the thorough background verification of the candidate(s) to avoid any fraudulent to join the company by our expertise professional
• Follow up with the HR and Candidates till the selection process is complete and their smooth joining to the position(s),
• Collecting the employee feedback to know about the overall performance in the organisation and interacting with the employees for the smooth settlement in his / her new position
