Temporary Staffing (Contractual Manpower)

• Ensuring of filling the required position with the right skill and right time,
• Ensure of verification all their credentials and complete the joining formalities, to meet the Company HR policy as well as Statutory Compliance requirements,
• Conducting the detailed induction about the do’s and don’ts and briefing their employment terms and conditions and Safety guidelines
• Monitoring the employee overall performance and attendance,
• Updating the day to day attendance and processing the final wage sheet within 2 working days
• Disbursing the wages with valid payment slip within 7 – 10 days.
• Submission of Feedback and collecting the Feedback from the customer to have the customer business satisfaction survey on 20 or 21st of every month
• Ensure of providing the services within the organization budgeted cost and with the the lean margin to meet the organization goal to ensure of rendering the service to meet the customer expectation and
